Q1: How do I place an order?
Select your product, add it to the cart, and complete the checkout process with your shipping and payment details.


Q2: Can I cancel my order?
Standard orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placing the order. Bulk or customized orders can also be canceled within 1 hour, but cannot be canceled once production has started.


Q3: How does payment work for bulk or customized orders?
For bulk/customized orders, you must pay 50% in advance when placing the order. The remaining 50% must be paid before dispatch. We will update you when your order is ready.


Q4: Can I return a bulk or customized order?
Bulk/customized orders are made specifically for you and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or do not match the approved design. Please check all details before approving.


Q5: How long does shipping take?
Standard orders are processed within [1–3 business days] and delivered within [5–7 business days]. Bulk orders may require additional production time — we’ll provide an estimated delivery timeline when you place the order.


Q6: Is my payment information secure?
