Refund and Returns Policy

Refunds

  • Customers may request a full refund within 1 hour of placing a standard order. Refund requests after this period will not be processed.
  • Refunds for standard orders will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after processing.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted only in these cases:
    • The product is defective on arrival.
    • The product is a different size, color, or design than what you ordered.
  • To start a return, contact us within 3 days of delivery at [support@arospace.in] with your order number, photos,videos and reason for return.
  • Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll either replace the product or issue a refund as requested.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that are not defective or mismatched cannot be returned.
  • Customized bulk orders are not eligible for returns or cancellation after the initial 1-hour window — please confirm your order details carefully.

Bulk (Customized) Orders

  • For bulk or customized orders, a 50% advance payment must be made at the time of placing the order.
  • The remaining 50% balance payment must be paid before dispatch.
  • Bulk orders are produced as per your approved design/specifications, so they cannot be canceled or returned after production begins.
  • Please ensure you review and approve all designs or specifications before confirming.
